In a distinguished career in Real Estate spanning over two decades, Nagaiah has headed due diligence, litigation, and transactional teams in major developers, NBFCs, and infrastructure companies.
After graduating from [S.V University, Tirupathi ] in [1997 Year], Nagaiah joined [Hill County Company] where he worked for [12] years in the legal department of the [Hill County]. Thereafter, he joined [IL &FS Company], Hyderabad in a senior position as Chief Manager (Law), before moving on as [Designated Partner of [M/s Nagiah Law Associates LLP Company]. Throughout his career, Nagaiah has traversed across diverse areas pertaining to real estate, retail, corporate finance, new products and initiatives, debt restructuring and recoveries, and litigation, overseeing a multitude of corporate lending and recovery proceedings
